CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy: A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, they are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the remaining service balance. To help us stay on schedule, please arrive on time or a few minutes early. A 15-minute grace period is allowed before the appointment may be canceled. We understand that unexpected situations can happen and encourage you to communicate with us if needed.
